Any/All Carrier issues has to be dealt with USPS or Whatnot. Once package is scanned and is moving through transit I do not have any ability to figure out any issues on their side. Delays, package saying delivered but is not etc.. I can assist if a package hasn’t updated or saying hasn’t been scanned in. But once it scans in and moves through transit it is out of my control.
