This unique and rare Vintage Egyptian Revival Sterling Silver Scarab NecKlace is from a deceased estate. Originally bought in Egypt around the 1970’s I believe second hand and then gifted to a lady in Australia. It is in very good condition. The scarab is made of ceramic. Both the chain and Silver surrounds around the Scarab is solid Sterling. It is a very eye-catching necklace featuring an Egyptian faience scarab, bordered on each side with profile busts of Nefertiti. There seems to be some kind of writing on the back of the scarab which I cannot make out. Truly a wonderful collectors item.
