The "Legends of Batman" toy line was produced by Kenner in the mid-1990s, coinciding with the popular Batman animated series and films of the era. These figures aimed to capture the essence of Batman's iconic villains and allies, often featuring unique designs and accessories. The line was a significant part of the Batman merchandise landscape during that period. This particular figure represents The Joker, one of Batman's most notorious adversaries, and features a "snapping jaw" gimmick. The inclusion of an "Official Collector's Card" was a common practice for action figures of this time, adding an extra layer of collectibility. These figures are sought after by collectors who appreciate the nostalgia and the specific artistic interpretations of the characters from the 1990s.
