This is a pre-LPPM issue: the bar is marked .999 as was standard at the time, while XRF/Sigma tests .9995+, aligning with modern Good Delivery purity; They are so rare, the only image search you will find is of a 1981 SBC silver bar they're both xrf and sigma show this to be 9995 plus purity as seen in the photos.
