It would fit up to a size 6, maybe a size 8. It has a comfortable, lightweight feel thanks to its cotton-polyester blend, but there is no stretch. There are no size or material tags. The measurements suggest it would beautifully fit someone with a bust and waist of around 16 inches, and it measures 38 inches in length with cute long sleeves measuring 21 inches.
