The original work was mid 1800's & this appears to be a print or perhaps engraving of that Scene. It's professionally matted & framed with beautiful textured maybe silk background. It was from a estate sale so who knows?? It's a beautiful piece & wonderful example of pastoral scenes that are highly collected. I just dont want to take it apart to truly examine.
