This is a Norman Rockwell "Promenade à Paris" collector plate from the "Rockwell on Tour" series, made by Newell Pottery Co. The design is based on a hand-colored postcard Norman Rockwell sent to friends during his 1927 European tour. It was produced in 1982. The plate is part of a set of four limited edition plates in the series, which also includes scenes from England, Rome, and Germany. It measures approximately 7.5 to 8 inches in diameter.
