Minted by the Royal Mint for the Central Bank of The Bahamas, this is a nine coin proof set featuring the Fort Charlotte $5 and Hope Town Lighthouse $2 coins struck in Sterling Silver. A total of 1.42 oz of silver in the set with an additional 5 cupro-nickel coins, a pure nickel coin, and copper clad zinc penny. This a 27 year old, limited mintage set that is sold out from the Central Bank of The Bahamas and only stil available through authorized retail sellers. The one I purchased is still sealed, dated 10-05-99 (which I believe refers to May 10th, 1999 not October 5). The purchaser of this set will be granted the choice of having me open the set live or having it sent to them still sealed.
