This is a Fenton green carnival glass footed plate in a Lions pattern. From what I can find from other examples this was made for the ICGA convention in 1992. I have included a screenshot of another listing of the same piece. It looks as though the mark on the bottom was sanded off or wasn't put on properly? I'm not too sure. But it is a beautiful piece in great condition. No chips or cracks.
