Vintage Mathey Tissot, 17 jewels, 30mm across without crown, 16mm lug width, Champagne to gold color flashy dial with patina, missing crown, balance does not rotate freely, needs a full revision and service. I'm not sure which base model movement, but it resembles a Cyma 416k, with the parachute shock system.
