I’ve rescued animals my whole life and the town I live in is no exception to feral cats! My mom and I tnr (trap and release) the feral cats in the neighborhood. Trap and release is spaying and neutering the cats. We catch as many younger kittens as we can in hopes of them finding homes which sometimes the humane society helps but they have 40 kennels in total so we have kept the sickest & nursed them back to health & they always become part of the family. Trap and release is the best way to help the feral population stop growing without removing the cats from the neighborhood. Today 03/25 I spent 190$ on the tnr of the two smaller cats out front staying at the meow motel (spay/neuter, rabies vaccines, pain meds, ear tipping) Please don’t feel entitled to purchase this but if you do I will include some extra goodies (10$ value) in your order. All these funds go directly to food and tnr, as well as all the tips I recieve.
