Extremely scarce bronze Roman Provincial. 23mm, 6.11 grams. obv: Radiate head of Gordian III, M ANT ΓΟΡΔΙΑΝΟC AYΓ. rev: Dikaiosyne (Justice, closely related to Dika) standing holding scales. NI(Κ)AIEΩN Note: There appears to be 2 test cuts on the reverse. There are only 3 specimens noted on RPC with only 1 in core collections. There is only shown on ACSEARCH as being sold in the last 25 years. This example is even more scarce as a variant missing the K in the reverse legend. Look at the scales, there isn't a spot for the K.
