D & E Juliana shades of blue rhinestone crystal brooch in silver tone. This vintage DeLizza & Elster (D&E) Juliana petite scatter pin brooch featuring shades of blue and green rhinestones is too good to pass up! This was a single earring, converted to a brooch. I secured the pinback with E6000 jewelers glue. Measures approx. 1.25” in length. It is in excellent preowned condition. The crystals are in perfect shape, sparkly and no signs of wear. The silvertone is vibrant. Domed, multilayered construction with blue, teal / turquoise, green, and clear aurora borealis crystals. Rivoli, navette and chaton stones. It is a highly collectible piece of mid-century costume jewelry, typically dating from the 1950s or 1960s. The focal point is a "margarita" or "rivoli" stone, characterized by its distinctive scalloped, machine-cut facets that create a sunburst effect. "Peacock Blue" or "Sapphire Blue" theme, accented with green and iridescent aurora borealis rhinestones.
