La Vie Est Belle is a new 2012 Lancôme fragrance. The concept of this floral perfume is based on natural simple beauty and purity. The scent represents an outlook on life, inspired by joy and pleasure in small things. Olivier Polge, Ropion Dominique and Anne Flipo are the noses behind this gourmand yet elegant composition. After three years of research and 5000 different versions the final result was achieved and La Vie Est Belle was created. Iris is the key ingredient of this intoxicating perfume, wrapped in a heart of orange blossoms and jasmine notes. Opens with fruity accords of black currant and pear, and ends with a warm base of almond, tonka bean, praline, patchouli and vanilla accords.The flacon is a redesigned version of the classic Lancôme bottle from 1949. The actress Julia Roberts is the face of the campaign, shot by director Tarsem Singh.
