2. INVENTORY MATTERS Have a good amount of inventory to begin, meaning at the start! Also, don’t source stuff just to sell. Source stuff you like and are passionate about! If you aren’t interested in the item you are selling, why would the buyers be?? Whatnot used to vet its sellers by confirming the amount of inventory they have, and I’m not sure why that stopped, but having inventory is super important! Also — while I understand why the question is asked — it’s not P.C. to ask people for their inventory sources. Most people who have an established source (like for pallets, etc) will not reveal who they use. It takes time and work and research to find and establish those sources and everyone has to do their part. I personally hand pick my inventory items, which is why my start prices are higher to begin with. But “big” sellers who have pallets they run items from for a $1 — you will NOT get their sources from them (understandably so). So please keep that in mind!
