A charming Chinese moon-flask teapot built around a raised Double Happiness (shuangxi) medallion - the classic wedding emblem - picked out in soft pink and ringed by a halo of raised green enamel beads. A teal ground, a pink-and-white fretwork band, cobalt lotus-petal borders, and a deep blue handle, spout and bud finial complete the look. A festive, sculptural piece with real shelf presence.
