This dress is absolutely gorgeous ! Tagged a 2T fit my daughter as a short dress which looked stunning . It is 15in length . ( 18 Months best fit) Elastic on the waist and sleeve are great!💗 Flaw ; small pink mark by the bow , unnoticeable. Definitely a hard let go 🥹
