Tested and works with batteries, screen burn as shown and played condition as shown, could be tidys up with a bit of TLC and a dust. Very rare all $200-$350+ on ebay in similar conditions. Comes as is without batteries, no refunds but it does work and plays both game and functional alarm clock.
