Beautiful late Victorian hinged bracelet with original safety chain and patented clasp dated 1878. Features an elegant woven mesh-style center panel with rich antique gold appearance and classic slim Victorian silhouette. Sold to me as gold filled, though I cannot locate a definitive metal mark, so please purchase accordingly. A lovely authentic 19th century piece that is both collectible and wearable. Note: Measures 2" wide and fits approximately a 6” wrist or smaller. Hinged closure works well and the bracelet presents beautifully for its age with wonderful antique character throughout.
