Cute vintage bag, with the strap it measures 16 inches to the fringe. The bag without strap is about 5 inches wide at the bottom and 4 at the top. In clean condition, it has double snaps to close  which both work fine. There is some curling to the Fringe  as seen in the pictures from being stored away, but it would probably flatten out with something heavy put on it. I  believe the little worry doll can come off but never tried, It seems to be tied on.
