This is a gorgeous vintage JC Penney Fashions mint green maxi dress from the 70’s with gorgeous floral detail on the cuffs and neckline and sheer long sleeves. Tagged an 18T but fits more like a modern day 14. It does have some slight dirt on the floral details but it’s not stained just due for a wash with its age. In perfect condition otherwise. No snags or tears. ~Measurements taken flat~ PTP: 21-22 W: 19-20 H: 23 S: 25 L: 60
