this is an absolutely beautiful vintage Cameo ring it is a size 6, I have tested it for 14 karat, please see last photo. there is a mark on the ring but I cannot read it. the ring weighs 4.79 grams, although that will not be all gold weight because of the cameo. I do believe the Cameo to be a real shell cameo I'm not an expert on it but I really feel like it is. it is an absolutely beautiful ring, if you are a cameo collector this would be a great addition to your collection.
