Black-and-white formal military portrait of a young U.S. Air Force officer in dress uniform, wearing ribbons and pilot wings. The reverse bears a handwritten personal note: 'Dearest Pat, Thanks for a wonderful 3 months, you made SOS what it is. Thanks for all the help whenever I asked. Your lo[ving]...' signed by 'Ron', referencing Squadron Officer School, likely at Maxwell AFB, Alabama. Handwriting style and uniform details suggest a 1970s date. Print measures 7.25x5 inches, black and white, with minor edge wear. From the estate of USAF Col. Patricia Jane Harrington, to whom the note is addressed. Please review photos for condition.
