Laurel Burch 1980s Vintage Gold Tone Cloisonne Enamel "TIGRE" Brooch, Signed Amazing artist from San Francisco, Laurel Burch is well-known for her colorful designs, many of which were created from her paintings, quality gold plated & enamel jewelry, and using a cloisonne technique on her jewelry. All of her vintage jewelry is highly collectible. This is a beautiful Laurel Burch lion or tiger cloisonne brooch entitled "Tigre" from the 1980s. Made of gold plated cloisonne and backing have enamel in tiger colors of orange and black stripes with a colorful face; enamel in red, purple, lavender, teal, orange, and white. Sun faced the thick mane of the lion and the stripes of the tiger. Marked "TIGRE" Laurel Burch at the back. Measure approximately 2-inch wide and 1.3-inch high. The pin functions properly and is in good vintage condition. Please note that images often reflect items larger than the actual size.
