Punch Comics #11 1944- Harry A Chesler -Horror SKULL cover- Solid Copy . 3.5-4.0 range. Cover firmly attached. Had tape on the inside right edge of the cover that doesn’t really serve any purpose other than support. Pages are a nice off white. Minor spine wear and a few small pieces out of the bottom right. Solid lower grade copy. Grade is my opinion , you may feel higher or lower. See images.
