Still flat from the factory. These are a size small. The waist laying flat unstretched is 11.5 inches. The inseam in the bottom of the waistband is 6 inches to the top of the triangle scene or 8.5 inches to the bottom of the triangle. The length of the waistband is 1 inch and the length of the tight two the toe is about 39 inches. The tight it's widest area of the leg measures 6 1/2 inches wide laying flat unstretched.
