I am a chronic and acute trauma survivor now shut in due to cPTSD induced by the final acute trauma that occurred over three years ago. I am aliving loudly and spreading the reality that it is ok to not be ok. Alive loudly in the hope others don’t unalive quietly. I am also a crafter making greeting cards, polymer clay figures and jewelry, and beading. Crafting is a part of my mental health journey and I am open about my progress. I am open and share my past in an effort to increase US awareness of mental health issues and the need for better education and understanding.
