This dress is the ideal 90's bias cut with delicate flutter cap sleeves, front tie at the neck, and lettuce hem. This is a midi length and has a swirl floral patter in purples and blues, Byer Too was a juniors line. Please use the measurements for correct fit. This dress is in good vintage condition, but does have some color bleed throughout but the color bleed looks like a part of the pattern. See the fifth photo for detail of this.
