This is a Whitall Tatum Co. No. 1 glass insulator in a light aqua or greenish-blue color. It is an antique or vintage collectible, commonly used on telephone or power poles. The insulator was manufactured by the Whitall Tatum Company in the U.S. This specific model (CD 154) was typically produced between 1922 and 1938. NOTE there’s one large chip and a couple of very small chips. However, this will still make a nice shelf centered decor piece.
