Vintage Rollfast Deluxe adjustable metal clamp-on roller skates, believed to date from approximately the late 1940s to 1950s. This unusually complete display set includes: * Matching pair of Rollfast Deluxe metal roller skates * Original Rollfast adjustment key/wrench * Two brown leather ankle straps * Four colorful tartan-plaid ankle protectors * Original Rollfast Deluxe checkerboard cardboard box The plaid accessories remain bright and visually appealing, while the skates retain a clean silver-toned finish with expected oxidation, patina and wear around the wheels and moving components. The original box shows considerable age-related wear, including creasing, edge wear, tears, discoloration and weakened areas. Leather straps have age and surface wear. Components have not been tested for modern skating use. Sold strictly as a vintage collectible and decorative display item. Not represented as safe for use. An excellent addition to a vintage toy collection!
