Features a flattering high-waisted fit with a hidden interior full-elastic waistband for maximum comfort, a polished exterior front appearance, elegant pleat/gather details, mock-tortoise buttons, and rare hidden side seam pockets with smooth interior lining. Excellent pre-owned vintage condition with no stains or flaws. Flat measurements: Waist is 16 inches flat (32 inches around) relaxed, stretching comfortably beyond that to accommodate a range of sizes. Total length is 29 inches and the bottom hem width is 27 inches flat across.
