Vintage 1980s Secretary Dress in Royal Blue & Black Stripe. Vintage size 14 - see measurements. Modest styling. Long sleeves. Collared. Pleated full skirt. Minor repair made to pleat at left shoulder; dmall defect in pleat at right side of waistband (see photos). In otherwise excellent condition — no stains, or holes.
