Great condition, shows some discoloration to hardware. This piece is equal parts cute and creepy and while it predates Stephen King's novel IT by a few decades, it definitely looks a lot like Georgie. I'm sure he's going to have a great time playing with his sailboat in the rain and nothing bad will happen to him at all! Features hand painted faux pearl cabochon face and rhinestone embellishment on free swinging sailboat. Clasp functions perfectly. Please see photos for measurements in inches.
