New Old Stock condition, factory sealed in original plastic packaging. Looking through the plastic, it appears to include a pair of gloves, the tubing for the blood and the heart/blood. There is a slight crease on chin, it appears that one of the foam blocks on the back near the forehead has come loose from its glue - really hard to tell exact condition through the plastic.
