Charming cottage-style shadow box featuring two floral handkerchiefs included with the piece, beautifully displayed against a natural linen-look backing. The white wooden frame features raised beaded detailing around the glass and an ornate dimensional bow at the top, giving it a lovely shabby chic / French cottage feel. Inside are two coordinating sheer white hankies with vibrant red, coral and lavender floral designs. The back opens on a hinge, so the hankies can be removed, rearranged or replaced with your own vintage linens, lace, photographs or keepsakes. Approx. 16” tall x 12” wide overall. Preowned vintage/decorative condition with visible distressing, paint wear and small marks to the white finish, especially along the raised trim and bow. This adds to its aged cottage character.
