Charming antique Vantine’s incense burner, measuring approximately 3 inches. Made of cast metal with an aged green painted finish, raised feet, removable pierced decorative cover and interior incense tray. Marked “Vantine’s” on the underside. Vantine’s was well known for Asian-inspired decorative wares, incense and exotic goods during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Wonderful little piece for an antique incense, vanity, apothecary or Vantine’s collection. Shows considerable age-related patina, oxidation/rust, finish loss and surface wear. The interior tray also shows oxidation consistent with use. Please see photos for condition.
