Beautiful antique pair of white cotton bloomers/drawers sourced directly from France. These have such wonderful period details, including delicate openwork embroidery, tiny raised embroidered accents, lace edging at the legs, and an embroidered “MC” monogram. The construction is especially lovely, with a very full cut through the hips and legs and the traditional open/split-crotch construction seen on antique drawers. Waist closes with two small buttons. Measurements: Waist measures approximately 17” flat / 34” around when laid flat. Please use the provided measurement rather than a modern size, as antique sizing and construction differ considerably.
