Original green cloth-covered boards with gilt spine lettering and the scarce illustrated dust jacket. An interesting postwar British work examining Anglicanism and its place in English religious and cultural life. Condition: Good vintage book in a Fair dust jacket. Green cloth boards remain attractive with light age wear. Pages show expected toning and scattered age spotting. Dust jacket has substantial edge wear, chipping, tears, creasing and areas of paper loss, particularly around the corners and spine ends. Please review all photos for exact condition.
