Mix into a mismatched tea table or use as a ring dish. | SPECS: Approx 5.5 in diameter, fluted bone china, gilt rim. Backstamp: AYNSLEY ENGLAND BONE CHINA with crown, plus Gaiety 8174 in red script. | HISTORY: Aynsley of Longton has been making bone china since 1775 (a founding date, not the date of this piece). Gaiety, pattern 8174, is a mid twentieth century posy pattern in the Meissen scattered flower tradition; the green crown mark with England places this saucer between the late 1930s and the 1960s. | CONDITION: Light wear to the gilt rim, otherwise bright.
