Stunning set of 6 antique Edwardian/Victorian-era individual butter or fruit knives. Features genuine mother-of-pearl handles with ornate sterling silver collars (ferrules). The blades are marked with the "UNIVERSAL L.F. & C." (Landers, Frary & Clark) stamp. The metal blades show an authentic dark antique patina/oxidation, common for carbon steel or aged plating from this era. Overall beautiful sheen on the pearl handles.
