Up for grabs is a beautiful vintage individual open salt cellar (salt dip) made of brilliant, crystal-clear pressed glass. This piece features a striking geometric, fluted panel pattern cut into the exterior with a smooth rim. While it looks completely clear under normal daylight, it features a wonderful lime-green manganese glow when hit with a 365nm UV blacklight! A fantastic piece of history and a great addition to any UV glass, EAPG (Early American Pattern Glass), or manganese collection.
