Brand new without tags. Comes with a baggie of extra beads for the tassels. Lace mid section is stretchy and hugs the waistline making you look tiny. Legs are intentionally baggy and loose like the barrel pants. Stretching around the ankles so you won’t have to worry about dragging this jumper.
