I believe the red portion is acrylic, it does have a subtle swirling pattern in it, and it does have scratches on the surface (I do not think this is enamel). The outer edge is the color of antique or aged silver, but it is unmarked and untested, so I am selling it just as "silver tone." This pin has been upcycled from a broken earring. It is about one inch by one inch, and does have the green back to the pin. I am marking it as damaged solely because some of the scratches on the cabochon are pretty deep (viewing through a magnifier).
