I understand shipping delays can be frustrating. The order was shipped promptly and handed to the carrier on time. Unfortunately once a package is in the carrier’s hands, transit times are outside of my control. I always strive to ship quickly and provide great service and quality items. Reviews that reflect carrier delays rather than the seller’s service can be very impactful to small businesses. Especially considering I personally spoke with you regarding the delay and offered to take care of you on your next order, which I did not have to do. Impacting ME for poor USPS service is not nice.
