I did have to clean most of the movies and one was scratched to the point it froze up but I don't expect the seller to play every movie. As long as it's replaced or refunded I'm fine with that. I buy a lot of movies and I understand it's going to happen from time to time. Otherwise I'm happy with my order. Mark G item came as described...will shop again 😊
