Fast shipping and well packaged Frame is beautiful. Packaging needs some work. The bottom of the box was not reinforced and it was open when it arrived. Im surprised the frame didnt fall out. I know its a pain when shipping large breakables, but a couple extra pieces of tape can mean the difference between arriving safely vs having to refund a broken or missing item.
