レビュー (11,584)I would give 0 stars if I was able to. I was sent only a half a box of only 4 cakes. The auction for a full unopened box. The cakes were very stale. It took 2 1/2 weeks to receive. The box that was sent was ripped in half. I could have bought a new fresh box for $4 at the grocery store. I had to throw all of them out. I definitely got ripped off. Items as described with fast shipping, thank you! Delicious and shipped quick Second giveaway I’ve won and I was hopeful. First one never delivered, this one didn’t either. Mail does not deliver at 7am, there was no tracking, no proof of package at all or label. Before the reply is “it says delivered” or “it was free”, which some of these responses are unprofessional, it doesn’t matter. Don’t offer giveaways if they’re never going to happen, as many people have reported before, or just do buyers. A lot of people do giveaways to test out products before buying and theres nothing wrong with that. Not the first time it’s happened and not the first person to ever say it. Will not message seller because when I did months ago there was no response about a purchase I made and I feel as though I would be berated Fast delivery. Great snacks. Thank you! Packed carefully and shipped fast. Great sellers! Thanks for the candy they were good and packaged nice Really, I gave you a 5 because I love your products. Those turtle chips are the best. Was a bit disappointed that I got the wrong Jerky but I do understand that mistakes happen. All is good. Will just have to win the Jerky again. lol. Will continue to watch and bid. Never received. Seller never responded to my messages. When I tried to reach out to them in a show, they banned me. Customer service is awful.

The shipping box was horrible. Tape all over it. Missing a lot of items. Great price and very tasty products. Ordered from them before and half the order was missing. I reached out to get the item sent back to me. They kept telling me I was getting a refund issued that I was pending, but it was never processed. They told me they were sending the things out and then stopped responding and never sent anything out after I deleted my one star review.
