The seller did not send the bag that was in the video live the zipper on the Louis Vuitton bag was not the same zipper that was originally shown
The bag was described as an original Louis Vuitton cosmetic bag what I received was an altered counterfeit, Louis Vuitton cosmetic bag
The zipper was changed and they put on an unbranded entirely different zipper. That was not Louis Vuitton.
It was not as described and not as shown
Be mindful, they made display an authentic bag, but they may send you something totally different. That is not authentic.
I reached out to this company and instead of them taking responsibility. They blamed it on me. The customer they’re very very disrespectful. They’re rude and they have terrible customer service.

Do not buy from this seller, you will be disappointed. Their items are not authentic.She knows we sent the CORRECT BAG. 100% authentic, clearly shown at 1:20:32 video receipt.
She first said she “wants the bag” and asked for “some money back” to keep it. We can’t. Then questioned authenticity. We offered COA. She sent photos, where white LV tag is clearly visible - authenticity indicator. We circled it 3 times, yet she claimed she “can’t see it.” She then sent new photos hiding LV tag. Then, she changed her claim to “you sent the wrong bag.” Her final message was “Send me a better bag I will close the dispute.”
