Great seller! Items arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend! not happy I ordered numerous plushie and received none the seller is not interested in anything when you message her will definitely not be ordering from her again are you confusing me with another seller as you haven't even messaged me????? your items have been delivered on the 25th to a blue door I have the photo evidence to prove this so please do send me a message and I certainly will reply. Thank you for my bundle of cuddly toys very much appreciated look forward to the next live 😊 Bought few plushes from seller unfortunately Jellycat i purchased was counterfeit and not as described on live or in video receipt. Poor review because its taken me to prove a fake with multiple photos, numerous emails and phone calls to Jellycat to get my refund processed as seller just wanted item back which wasn’t helpful to me. Other items ok 👍🏻 false review. if your going to leave a review please be truthful. you contacted me to say you think your jellycat wasn't genuine (to my suprise) I dvised to send back Purley as I had purchased this also so wanted to send back myself and I would refund no problem. you informed me you had contacted whatnot so you are waiting on them to respond first! i did not ask you to prove anything I asked you to keep me updated on what not response. Arrived dirty contacted seller who was rude i said i had severe depression & was no need to speak like she did, she came back saying right back at me as she was trying to put food on her table etc. apparently people like me run small businesses in to the ground. Only asked for a refund of £2 as was sold dirty but y should i pay for postage to return. I got accused of being in room for a chance to win her give away jellycat, i stayed for 3 auctions didnt even see one on screen. Rude female…she usually sells pet items & said she didnt know what she was doing with teddies!!! Apparently trying to tell all other sellers im bad for what i dont know. What i do know is she has lost a lot of trade already
I'm sorry but I won't accept lies you can speak to any of my other customers and they will tell you IAM a genuine person and sell good quality items. you are a scammer trying to get your money back £2 might I add? please don't come into my lives anymore as your not the kind of customer we want in our whatnot family. Great cat stuff, they love the flashing balls! Thank you for the givvy too! Well packaged would recommend!
