Hi Alex, the package did not weigh more than the label was paid for, so there is 0 reason this should have happened. If you submit a receipt from USPS to Whatnot they will refund you the money. Everything was received and packaged well Arrived on time and looks good, I wish packing has more padding but there was no damage so am good!
